This 3 bedroom, 2 bath home nestled in the beautiful southern Sacramento Mountains of New Mexico has been provided for Southern Baptist missionaries on stateside assignment, Baptist Convention of New Mexico staff, visiting evangelists, pastors, or the summer intern called by the church.  Call 575-687-3754 for availability.




The primary purpose of the Mission Home is to provide housing, fellowship and service opportunities for Southern Baptist  Missionaries on stateside assignment. The Missions Committee shall administer this policy and recommend revisions or changes to the church for approval.


 Southern Baptist North American and International Missionaries shall have first priority for use of the residence.  During periods of vacancy the residence may also be used by the BCNM staff for times of renewal, visiting evangelists, pastors on sabbatical or others who have come to Mayhill Baptist Church to minister.


Reservation requests for the use of the Mission Home will be made through the Missions Committee or the Pastor using the Missionary Housing Request form found on this website under Mission Home Documents and calling the church for date availability.   Requests should be addressed to:

Reservations will be accepted up to two years in advance and are subject to availability. While there is no minimum stay requirement, stays will be limited to twelve months. If more than twelve months is required, the missions committee will review each request on an individual basis and approval will be based on availability.


1.     The Mission Home is fully furnished including appliances, kitchen utensils and linens.

2.     The Mission Home is provided rent-free, including all utilities and phone, however there is no long
          distance on the phone.

3.     Wireless Internet is provided.


 1.    There are no pets allowed.

 2.    There is no smoking allowed.

 3.     Furniture or other items may not be removed from the premises for any purpose, without prior
          approval from the Missions Committee.

 4.     Residents are expected to care for, including  normal house cleaning, and take reasonable 
           precautions to protect the home during their stay.

 5.     Residents should report any repairs needed to the Missions Committee and/or the pastor.

 6.     Residents will need to purchase a long-distance  phone card in order to make any long distance calls.

7.    When vacating the premises, the resident shall fill  out the Missionary Residence Exit Review and 
         ensure the condition of the house is the same as when first occupied, except for normal wear.
